Beamish Stout has a very proud brewing history with a heritage going back over 200 years. Today Beamish Stout is brewed on site in our Cork brewery and the quality of our product is renowned locally and internationally. Beamish has won awards as recently as 2009 in the Monde Selection awards 2009 receiving Gold medals for outstanding quality.

Ingredients

Beamish Malt, Roast Malt, Malted Wheat Bittering Hops, Aroma Hops and Beamish Yeast.

Beamish Brewing Process

Beamish is brewed in a 2 week process using the original Beamish yeast dating back to 1792. The raw materials are first milled and brewed. They are then fermented with yeast to produce the alcohol and other unique flavours particular to the Beamish yeast.
